In India this is called Kurti , gives you a very sophisticated desi look.
I have been searching for something Indian for my SIMS 4 but hardly came across some genuinely Indian looking clothes, so tried on my own to create some for my SIMS, and I guess they are loving it ;).
The mesh is base game mesh. If it doesnt show up in your game then please update the game with latest patch.
