So, your simmies are just starting out in the world. They need a place to call home, but every "home" on the market breaks their already broken piggy bank! What’s a sim to do? Why, buy *this* house, of course! Reminiscent of the larger homes your sim has been drooling over, this little house is everything that they’re looking for. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom abode with a formal dining room and size-able living room. There’s even a wrap around porch and some landscaping! And your simmies will still have (a little) cash to spare!

Creator Notes

This was built with absolutely NO CC in place. However, after I packaged the house up, I dropped my mods folder back in to take pictures. There are only THREE things that are different in the pictures from a vanilla game. They are not necessary to play this lot, however, I find them very useful. 🙂
