This modern home has plenty for your Sim to do! An airy living room with a dominant fireplace welcomes your Sim as they come home. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a full bath can easily accommodate two roomie Sims, or even a small Sim family. In the basement, a bar, sauna room, full bath, mini-gym, and activity room along with another fireplace occupy it. Up on the rooftop, there’s a telescope, garden area, and two painting easels give your Sim ample opportunities to build up their skills.
