-jeans can be found in the accessories tab (make sure the sims has the full underwear on in bottoms)
-has its own swatch in CAS/Accessories tab
-has its own swatch in CAS
-non default and non recolour
-Package file. Simply locate your Sims4/Mods folder and put the downloaded file in there.
