This split-level home is full of surprises, starting with the rooftop garden and the infinity pool. The three vertical gardens, one of them in the spacious living room, gives this otherwise industrial home a softer feel. The downstairs opens to a spacious kitchen with a view of the living room, complete with bar, fireplace and a cozy TV-area. The top floor is fitted with a modern bathroom, a great little office and an open bedroom with a reading nook facing the pool. The patio has a fire pit, if the infinity pool wasn’t enough of a conversation starter.
