This is the Korean Dream Series: Traditionally Green Mansion. The design is influenced from the wealthy households in Korea living in Traditional Houses, which consists of dark tiled curved roofs, security, privacy gates, greenery, water, trees, and lots of open space. I wanted to go with a Korean Castle like build, which turned out better than I expected. I couldn’t add security cameras for some reason, so I’ll have to get that fixed, but if you can add the security cameras go right ahead! My favorite part of the build is the water fall decors I surrounded the gate wall portion, which can be seen from inside of the house also, due to the strategic placed windows to provide semi privacy in and out.
This is for a large family. Consists of 4th floor Master bed, 3rd floor Master bath, gym, swimming area, 2nd floor 2 room 2 bath, study, livingroom, 1st floor outdoor area, kitchen, dining, play area, bathroom, back yard access. Yeah thats alot. Not for the broke sims and simmettes! Only the ones with big simoleon pockets!

As my previous Cherry Blossomed Out Build, you will see a similar style of openspace, water, and greenery for a zen like atmosphere which to me is very important for people, but with more of a Korean traditional palace like design. Also, you’ll notice that the toilets are separated from the sink and other stuff, as thats how I prefer it in real life. All toilets should be separated from the sink and bathtubs, enclosed in its own little space. The amount of germs that spreads when you flush is insane if you don’t clean regularly. I’m a cleaning addict so my designs are influenced by it. LOL…. 🙁

Installing:
After downloading, extract the files into your sims 4 tray folder. Mine is in: “Documents / electronic arts / the sims 4 / tray” And then go into your game, move to a 40×30 empty lot or demolish a 40×30 lot to install this house from your gallery in build mode.
