The house includes:
1 – Large apartment: kitchen, dining room, 3 lounges, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, gym.
2 – On the ground floor of the house are: restaurant, bar and coffee shop.
3 – Outside, there is a large patio with sitting area on the back of the house. There can be parties and weddings.
4 – Outside, in front of the house there is a river channel (pool), where fruit trees grow.
