The Old Mill this is old mansion, which was built next to the mill.
In the old part of the building housed a mill, in his basement can find sacks of flour and various stocks householders, and the old bathroom.
On the ground floor next to the mill is located in a small sitting room, behind him there is a library. However, in the new part of the house is a large kitchen with a dining area.
On the first floor of the old part of the house is the master bedroom with a private swimming pool. Behind it is a small room for toddlers, next to main bathroom, and the new parts – a room for a teenager.
On the property there is a river (swimming), a pond where you can fish! and a large garden cultivated.
The house is tested, ready to play.
No used CC.

I have addition – Get to Work.
You must have last game patch to play this house.
To install this house into your game:
– download the house
– unzip files
– copy all 7 files and paste them into your Tray catalog ([…]My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
– I use “bb.moveobjects” code, so make sure that the fate install properly.
After entering the game, open the console bar , and enter the code: bb.moveobjects, then go to the plot, on of which you bet the house.
Only now you can download the house with your library in the Gallery.
Do not load the lot directly from the Gallery in your area when you are in Manage Worlds (map) because objects may disappear MOOD.
I used the cheat unlocking the career rewards.
