We have replaced every single UI Mood Pose currently available in the game! These new poses are only available for Teen-Elder Sims.
For the new UI Poses to take effect, take out a file named localthumbcache.package.
Find this file in the My Docs location in Electronic Arts The Sims 4 folder.
