The apartment was built in Evergreen Harbor. This charming studio features a few small areas: a kitchen with a dining, a living, two bedrooms and one bathroom.
This is a complete apartment built on the right side of the building. The flat is saved as one room. Before placing it, remove all internal walls, because the plan of the studio is changed a bit.
