Sims 4 The Squealing Mermaid Boathouse – The Lot

Here we are! Go no further! That’s what my Sim Rain Aviles thought when she first laid eyes on the old boathouse just a short stroll from the beach. I helped her making it into a modern, but cozy cottage with enough room to entertain guests or even start a family in. For now it is just her, her cats, and her boyfriend who stays over bringing the dog along. Not a big yard, but hey, who needs a yard with the beach at your doorstep!
