Inspired by The Sims (Base Game). 7 Sim Lane is a lot that appears in the first installation of The Sims franchises. In secret-gloria’s version, it only has one floor.
It has a kitchen which also serves as the dining room and living room with an eco-friendly TV set. The lot is quite large, even though the house is quite small. One strange thing is that the house has a stove, ice cream maker, popcorn maker, tea brewer, coffee brewer, and a microwave. Also, there are separate armchairs, 1 for the living room and 1 for the bedroom. Optional, it has laundry in the bathroom. The house’s price is around §37,650 (furnished) (§11,855, where the house is unfurnished). This house is free of custom contents (no CC) and contains a cheat (bb.moveobjects).
