This jacket is labeled as accessory, which means you can add a top underneath and make your own look.
Depending on what top you put on your sim you’ll notice some clippings, so I recommend tank tops, short sleeve t-shirts and plain top meshes (those that the texture is painted on the sims body).
Not compatible with other accessories, sorry. :/
