Tiny house is for a single. It is a simple and cozy house. Inside, there is a kitchen connected with the living room, there is also a place where the sim can sit and eat a meal.
Behind the kitchen is a small bathroom and on the first floor a bedroom.
There is also a small pool where the sim can swim and relax. Behind the house is also a quiet place by the fountain.
