Two adjacent townhouses in Newcrest, stylized in both modern and traditional fashion. Both townhouses have two floors. In the first floor of the leftmost house, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room with study area are located. Second floor has two adult bedrooms, a kids/toddlers bedroom and another bathroom. Enclosed backyard has a dining area and planting pots.
Rightmost townhouse is mostly left blank for your sims to decorate however they want.
