• Self Care Rules!
  Occurs when a Sim has a massage, a bath, a massage, a nap, uses the hot tub or uses the wellness skill. Self-care is incredibly important when suffering from fibromyalgia.
• Feeling Sensitive
  30% chance to appear if your Sim is not asleep or energized. Lasts for 20 hours and gives +1 uncomfortable. Can’t appear if Sim is asleep, energized or already uncomfortable. This is because some fibromyalgia sufferers can have days where their body is extremely sensitive and everything is painful.
• Fibro Fog
  30% chance of appearing, gives +8 dazed and lasts for 10 hours. Fibro fog (brain fog) is something extremely common for fibromyalgia sufferers, it makes it extremely difficult to think and do anything while suffering from it.
• Ouch! That Hurts!
  10% chance of appearing, gives +6 uncomfortable and lasts for 20 hours. Can’t appear if Sim is asleep or energized.
• Why Me?
  30% chance of appearing, gives +2 sad and lasts for 4 hours. Can’t appear if your sim is uncomfortable or asleep.
• Stuck Between a Rock And a Hard Place
  50% chance of appearing, gives +4 tense and lasts for 4 hours. Can’t appear if your sim is asleep. Many fibromyalgia sufferers can feel stressed about their situation, and your sim is no exception.
• Stop Pitying Me!
  10% chance of appearing if your Sim’s social need is higher than 71. +2 angry, lasts for 4 hours.
• Misunderstood
  10% chance of appearing, gives +2 angry and lasts for 4 hours. Can’t appear if your Sim is asleep.
• Aching Head…
  5% chance of appearing, gives +2 uncomfortable and lasts for 12 hours. Can’t appear if your Sim is asleep.
• A Poopy Situation
  10% chance of appearing, gives +3 uncomfortable and lasts for 10 hours. Can’t appear if your Sim is asleep.
• Feeling Stiff
  30% chance of appearing, gives +4 uncomfortable and lasts for 4 hours.
• So Many Medications…
  5% chance of appearing, gives +2 sad and lasts for 4 hours. Can’t appear if your Sim is asleep. Fibromyalgia sufferers tend to take a lot of medications to deal with their illnesses. Sometimes this can make them sad.

Autonomy
Autonomy is uncomfortable and lazy. This means they autonomously take naps. There is a 2x autonomy modifier so that Sims sleep more often, but I’m unsure if it truly works.
