The home is a one storey home with a two storey foyer, one bedroom and one full bath. The back patio has a hot tub, seating area with fireplace. This house was built on the small 20 X 15 lot in Newcrest. The lot is minimally decorated throughout to allow for your sim or family to add their own personal touches to it and make it a home.
